At the heart of Tim’s professional joy is his role as a leader. He takes immense pride in steering the ship of the amazing team at Oak Leaf. His leadership style is characterized by fostering collaboration and empowering each team member to contribute their best. Tim’s vision extends beyond delivering exceptional products; it’s about nurturing a work environment where creativity flourishes and everyone strives for excellence.

With a passion for people and problem-solving, Tim has carved a niche for himself in the industry by blending his love for innovation with his commitment to client success. Tim’s genuine interest in your business and vast product knowledge will ensure you receive a fantastic product to showcase your brand. His favourite thing to do at Oak Leaf is share in the excitement with clients when opening an order and getting first looks at their new company merch.
When you visit Oak Leaf you will either see Tim furiously typing at his desk, or you won’t see him at all as he is out meeting with clients or personally delivering orders.

When he’s not adventuring in the promotional arena, you’ll find Tim globetrotting with his family. From tasting exotic cuisines to soaking in diverse cultures, every trip is an opportunity to create new memories in the pages of his family’s travel story.

Alyssa has always had a passion for entrepreneurship and small business. From selling handmade chocolate and candies in high school to a window cleaning business in University, she loves to start from the ground up and create something from nothing.

With years of experience in customer service and sales (and years of commuting to Winnipeg) Alyssa was ecstatic to join the Oak Leaf team in 2022 and start working closer to home.
Alyssa’s favourite kind of project to work on at Oak Leaf is helping business owners find creative ways to show appreciation to their employees with special gifts and incentives.

When you come visit Oak Leaf you will most often find Alyssa sitting at her desk with a friendly smile and holding her morning coffee. When she’s not in the office you can find her baking, reading, having fun with her family, and snuggling with her Husky/mix Luna.

Born and raised in the Whiteshell Provincial Park, Kathy grew up in a family run resort.  This experience led to a passion for providing superb customer service and understanding a client’s needs both as a business owner and as a customer.  Decades later she has found her happy place being part of the Oak Leaf team where the common goal is to provide the best customer service possible.  It’s feel good work that’s always rewarding. With a knack for proof reading and a keen attention to detail Kathy works carefully to ensure orders are right the first time. Responsible for all purchasing, proofing and preparing of orders Kathy will often be found in the back room sorting and counting items to make sure we deliver on time.  The rest of the time she can be found at her desk processing paperwork and cracking random jokes that mostly only Alyssa laughs at.

Outside of the office Kathy is happiest spending time with her husband and 3 kids.  They can be found golfing, hiking, skiing, swimming and anything else she can convince them to do with her outside.  Indoors she likes to do crossword puzzles or play games.

Keith is a salesperson who loves to stay connected to his community. Passionate about forging lasting relationships, he thrives on engaging with individuals and businesses alike. With a keen eye for identifying opportunities and a knack for effective communication, Keith is committed to delivering exceptional service to all who come to Oak Leaf. When he’s not working, you can find Keith at the rink, on the golf course, at home firing up the BBQ, or camping with his wife and two boys.

Beyond his personal interests, Keith possesses a genuine curiosity for understanding the needs of the businesses in our community. He enjoys engaging with individuals, learning about their unique ventures, and witnessing their reactions when they receive products from Oak Leaf. Keith’s ability to make meaningful connections and his enthusiasm for customer satisfaction make him a great asset to our team.

Hilary is a graphic designer with a passion for marketing and a friendly face to match! She is all about helping your business stand out from the crowd with stellar visuals and purposeful products. With an eye for design and a brain for storming, Hilary is driven to find the perfect item to celebrate your team or thank your loyal customers!

Hilary’s favourite task at Oak Leaf is bringing ideas to life through mock-up creation. Her favourite part of the process is seeing the final product and knowing that she played a part in making it happen.

When you visit Oak Leaf you will most often find Hilary with an iced coffee in one hand and her mouse in the other as she spins up new ideas. When Hilary is not at Oak Leaf you can find her cycling on her vintage bike, playing cards, or re-reading Anne of Green Gables for the thousandth time.
